Product Condition Grades

 

All our devices go through a strict quality check and refurbishment process. We categorize them based on physical condition and performance:

 

PRISTINE

Looks and functions like new. No visible scratches or dents. Battery health is excellent.

 

GRADE B

Light signs of use such as minor scratches or faint scuffs. Fully functional and thoroughly tested.

 

GRADE C

Noticeable signs of wear such as scratches or minor dents. 100% functional and reliable with good performance.
